No. Report credits unlock audience reports and Creator Reports. AI-assisted features follow a separate fair-use policy. MCP Connector and API requests use their own allowance, separate from report credits.
Pro supports 1 campaign at a time and includes 10 shared tracking seats. All-In supports up to 5 campaigns at the same time and includes 30 shared tracking seats in total. These seats cover all active campaigns, Watchlist and Social Listening together. Each active campaign creator entry uses a seat, so a creator in two campaigns uses two. The limit applies across your account, not per campaign.
Yes. Additional report-credit packs are available in the app. Purchased packs are valid for 12 months; your included allowance follows your contract. Your account shows your available balance and expiry dates.
Existing or individually negotiated agreements can have different limits and add-ons. Your offer and the allowances shown in your account determine your access.
MCP Connector is included in Pro, All-In and Enterprise, so you can connect influData to ChatGPT, Claude or another compatible AI assistant. Direct API access for your own integrations is included from All-In. MCP and API requests share a separate allowance from annual report credits; your offer specifies the request volume.
