Custom fields (additional fields) let you store your own data on creator profiles — for example internal prices, contact notes, deal status, or a responsible team member. They are defined once for your organization and then appear as editable columns in the collection's profile table.
Available field types are: text, number, yes/no (boolean), date, single select, multi select (both with predefined values), and file upload. For select fields you define the allowed values when creating the field; fields can be reordered afterwards.
Values are entered per creator directly in the collection table and are also available in other places — for example as placeholders in outreach email templates. The custom-fields feature is part of specific packages (add-on), so it may not be active in every account.
