How do I create and use collections?

Collections are saved lists of creator profiles that you use to organize shortlists, campaign candidates, or clients. You find them in the Collections section in the left sidebar.

  • Create: Click the button to add a new collection and give it a name, an optional description, a color, and an access level (private or public). Collections can also be grouped into folders in the sidebar.
  • Add creators: In the search results or on a profile page, select one or more creators and choose Add to collection. Creators who are already in the target collection are skipped automatically — the app tells you how many duplicates were ignored.
  • Organize: Reorder collections via drag & drop, rename them, move or copy selected creators between collections, and switch the opened collection between list and table view with the columns you need.
  • Import & export: Existing lists can be imported via CSV, and a collection can be exported again as CSV/XLSX.

A personal Favorites collection is created automatically the first time you mark a profile as a favorite. Collections belong to your organization — depending on the access level they are visible only to you or to the whole team.

Note that Favorites are always private: they belong to your user account only and cannot be made public or shared with your team. If you want colleagues to see the same list, create a new collection, copy or move the creators from your Favorites into it and set that collection to public.
