Every collection has an access level that controls who in your organization can see it:
- Private — only visible to you as the owner. In the collection list it is marked with a lock icon.
- Public (organization-wide) — visible to all members of your team/organization and marked with a group icon, so everyone can work with the same shortlist.
You can switch a collection between Make Public and Make Private at any time via the collection options. Only the creator (owner) of the collection or a team/account admin may change this setting. Note that making a collection private also overrides any existing cross-team sharing for it.
