Besides the influData Quality Score, every creator in a collection can carry your own rating of 1 to 5 stars. You find it in the Rating column of an opened collection (list and table view) and also in your Favorites; click the stars to set or change the rating. In the list view the column is hidden by default until at least one creator in the collection is rated: switch it on under View options to rate the first creator, or use the table view, where the Rating column is shown by default. Afterwards you can show or hide it like any other column.
What the stars mean is up to you. Typical uses are brand fit, how likely you are to work with a creator, or the current stage of a collaboration. Many teams combine the rating with comments and custom fields to keep their shortlist decisions in one place.
The rating is stored once per creator for your organization: it is not visible to the creator or to anyone outside your team, and team members who see the same creator in a collection see the same stars. In CSV/XLSX exports the rating is included as the column Your Rating.
Not to be confused with the Quality Rating column, which shows the influData Quality Score (see the entry on the quality rating in collections).
