Click the add button on the Watchlist page and type a handle — the typeahead suggests matching Instagram or TikTok profiles to add. You can organize creators with your own labels and remove them at any time. After being added, a creator is refreshed roughly once a day; longer content histories are backfilled in the background (shown as an importing state on the creator card).
Via Alerts you define rules that notify you in-app and/or by email (instantly or as a daily digest, addressed to all or selected team members). Available rule types:
- New content — a watched creator publishes a post, reel, story or video
- Keyword match — keywords appear in new content or, optionally, in comments (e.g. crisis terms)
- Mentioned by others — the creator is @-mentioned, optionally only by accounts above a minimum follower count
- Follower change — follower gains or losses above a percentage threshold within a chosen number of days
- Viral post / Early viral detection — a piece performs at a multiple of the creator's usual baseline
- Sentiment drop — comment positivity falls by a chosen number of percentage points
You can create up to 30 alert rules and scope each rule to all or selected creators; the recommended-alerts button seeds a sensible default set. Fired alerts appear in the recent-alerts feed on the watchlist and deep-dive pages. Additionally, up to 50 flag terms (brands, words, handles) mark matching comments and content pieces in the flagged views.
