Multi-logins are the team-member seats (logins) of your subscription: they let several employees work in influData at the same time, each with their own account, shared or private collections, and individual permissions. Report credits are shared across all users, and a report unlocked by one person is visible to everyone in the organization.
- Included seats depend on the package — the number of included team-member seats is listed on the pricing page and in your contract; additional seats can be booked at any time (via the in-app chat or your Customer Success Manager).
- Viewer seats are free — users with the read-only Viewer role do not count toward your seat quota.
- Seats apply across organizations — team-member seats belong to the whole customer account, and the same person is only counted once even if they belong to several of your organizations.
- Tracking seats are separate — how many creators you can track in campaigns (campaign/creator seats) is an independent quota and not the same as team-member seats.
You can see and change your seat plan in the settings; upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are possible once your used seats fit within the new limit.
