What can each team role see and do?

Roles are managed in the Admin Console (and in the team settings) and exist on two levels — a person can hold an account-wide role and, separately, a team role per team:

  • Account Owner — full control of the whole account, including billing and creating or deleting teams.
  • HQ Admin — full access to every team and all its collections and campaigns, but no billing access.
  • Team Admin — manages a single team: its members, roles, collections and campaigns.
  • Member — full working access within their team: create and edit collections and campaigns and unlock audience reports; no team settings, billing or member management.
  • Viewer — read-only access to the collections and campaigns they are added to; viewers cannot use the creator search or unlock audience reports, but they can write comments on profiles — and they do not consume a paid seat.

Older accounts still use the legacy roles Owner/Admin/Limited — these are automatically mapped onto the model above, so nothing needs to be migrated manually.
