There are several ways to get missing posts into a campaign:
- Needs review queue: In the Content Overview, posts that were matched only by brand terms wait for approval — approve them to keep them in the campaign or remove them.
- Non-recognized content: For each creator you can browse their posts that did not match any tracked term and add the relevant ones to the campaign manually.
- Add by link: Paste the URL of a specific post to add it to the campaign directly, even if it was never matched automatically.
Manually added content is marked as such, stays on the dashboard, and is not overwritten by automatic matching. If you add a post that was published before the campaign's start date, influData automatically moves the campaign start date back so the post is not silently filtered out of the dashboards. You can also edit individual metrics of a content piece or remove it from tracking again.
Where to find the non-recognized content: open the campaign, go to Creator Overview in the left menu (the item is labelled "creator manager & overview") and find the creator whose post is missing. Click the three-dot menu at the right end of the row and choose Add non-recognized content. influData opens the Content Overview with all content pieces of that creator published since the campaign start that are not yet part of the campaign. Click Add to Campaign + on the missing piece. For posts published before the campaign start, use Add by link instead. Everything you add here stays in the campaign unless you remove the creator from it.
Limits: Stories are the exception. They expire after 24 hours and influData only captures them while the creator is already being tracked in the campaign, so a story published before you added the creator cannot be added afterwards. Feed posts, Reels, videos and Shorts can be added later via the paths above, provided influData already knows the post; otherwise the link may not be found. If a post cannot be found or added by link, write to us in the in-app chat with the creator's username, the platform, the campaign and the post date, and we check whether it can be added for you.
