How do campaign pipelines and stages work?

Every campaign has a Pipeline tab: a Kanban board that tracks each creator's status in the collaboration workflow — from first contact to completed deliverables.

  • Stages are the columns of the board. A new pipeline starts with sensible defaults (To Contact, Contacted, In Progress, Completed); you can add your own columns, rename them, and reorder them.
  • Cards represent the creators in the campaign. You move a creator to the next stage via drag & drop, reorder cards within a column, and add comments to individual cards for internal notes.
  • The pipeline can be connected to a collection: either link an existing collection pipeline or create a new one, so creators flow from your shortlist straight into the campaign workflow.

The pipeline is purely organizational — moving a card does not change tracking or dashboard data.

How creators get onto the board: the campaign pipeline works on the connected collection pipeline, so every creator in that collection appears as a card (creators without a stage yet are shown in the first stage). From the search results, a creator profile or your Collections you can also use Add to campaign: pick the campaign, then either choose the pipeline stage the creator should start in or activate the creator directly in the campaign. On the board you move cards along via drag & drop. To rename a stage, use the edit icon in the column header; a stage can only be deleted once it holds no more cards. Clicking a card opens the creator panel with its comment thread for internal notes and next steps.
