It depends on the type of change:
- New or changed tracked terms (keywords, hashtags, mentions) apply retroactively from the campaign start and affect dashboards — depending on the change, the app notes that it can take up to 24 hours until everything is reflected.
- New posts by tracked creators appear after the next refresh cycle; creators in campaigns are refreshed regularly (about daily), so fresh content shows up with some delay rather than in real time.
- Settings changes (dates, keywords, match method) reprocess the existing content; use the Refresh Campaign button on the Data Status page to trigger this re-processing manually. It does not fetch new data from the source platforms.
The Data Status page shows the freshness of every content piece: green means updated within the last 24 hours, yellow 1–7 days, red older than 7 days. Stories are always shown as fresh because they expire after 24 hours and cannot be updated afterwards.
