How do CSV/XLSX exports work?

You can export search results (download icon above the search results), collections, unlocked profiles and lookalike lists as CSV or XLSX. All list exports use the same column layout: platform, username, profile link, name, language, email, country/city, followers, plays/views per post, bio, engagement rates, posting frequencies, sponsored-content shares, quality score, your rating and private comment, audience-analysis values (when unlocked) plus your organization's custom fields. Private profiles are excluded from exports.

Exports count against your organization's export quota (default: 5,000 profiles, reset monthly). Each exported profile ID counts once; if duplicate protection is active for your organization, already-exported profiles don't consume quota again and are left out of repeat exports unless you explicitly include duplicates. When less than 20% of the quota remains, your team receives a warning email; at zero, exports are blocked until the monthly reset. Your current quota and the next reset date are shown under Settings → Exports.

Search exports are capped per export by your plan (default 500 profiles). Exports of more than 1,000 profiles run asynchronously in the background: you receive an email with a download link (valid for 24 hours) and can track the file's status (processing, completed, failed, expired) in Settings → Exports, which lists your organization's last 100 exports. Exporting requires the corresponding permission (downloads for search/profile exports, collection exports for collections) and is not available during the free trial.
