That depends on the type of data:
- Watchlist — creators on your watchlist are refreshed about once a day; new posts can take up to 24 hours to appear.
- Social listening — tracker content is updated daily; when a tracker is created, content from up to the last year is retrieved.
- Campaigns — a freshness indicator shows when content was last pulled from the source platforms: green = fresh (< 24 hours), yellow = 1–7 days, red = older than 7 days.
- Creator locations & email addresses — updated regularly as part of profile updates, or when a profile is refreshed manually; if no new information is found, the existing value stays unchanged.
- Profiles on demand — profiles that nobody has requested recently can carry older data; when you order an audience report, the underlying profile is refreshed if the data was outdated (usually within about 30 minutes).
- Deep-dive reports — AI-based reports such as community sentiment or brand safety are generated within 24–48 hours.
