influData supports Single Sign-On via SAML with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). SSO is part of the Enterprise plan and is configured per company email domain together with the influData support team — just message us in the in-app chat to start the setup.
Once your domain is connected, the login flow is:
- On the influData login page, choose the Azure option.
- You are redirected to Azure AD and sign in with your company credentials; on the first SSO login in your tenant, the Enterprise Application entry is created automatically.
- Team members still need an influData invite (they receive the usual invitation email). At SSO login they are matched by their email address, so the invite must go to the same address they use in Azure AD.
