Multi-logins are the team-member seats (logins) of your subscription: they let several employees work in influData at the same time, each with their own account, shared or private collections, and individual permissions. Report credits are shared by users within your organization, and a report unlocked by one person is visible to everyone in that organization.
- Included seats depend on the package — the number of included team-member seats is listed on the pricing page and in your contract; additional seats can be booked at any time (via the in-app chat or your Customer Success Manager).
- Every login uses a seat: each person with access, including read-only viewers, uses one team-member seat.
- Seats apply across organizations — team-member seats belong to the whole customer account, and the same person is only counted once even if they belong to several of your organizations.
- Tracking seats are separate from team-member seats — Campaigns, Watchlist and Social Listening use one account-wide tracking-seat pool across your teams. Each active creator entry in a campaign, each Watchlist person or linked group, and each Social Listening tracker uses one seat. The same creator tracked in two campaigns uses two seats.
You can see and change your seat plan in the settings; upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are possible once your used seats fit within the new limit.
