We spend more and more time inside AI tools, writing, planning and thinking. Until now those tools had no access to real social media data. The influData MCP connector changes that. Connect once and ask for creator profiles, content, brand collaborations and campaign results in plain language, without leaving your chat.

You: "Find German fitness creators on Instagram
over 100k followers and show their
engagement rates."
Claude → search_creators(...)
→ 523 creators, sorted by followers
→ answer + comparison tableMCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant talk to an outside data source. The influData MCP connector is a hosted endpoint that exposes our database of over 27 million creator profiles and around 2 billion pieces of content to your AI tool. You connect it once with your own API key, and from then on Claude or ChatGPT can pull live influData data whenever your question needs it.
No CSV exports, no copy and paste, no switching tabs. You ask a question and the answer comes back as text, a table or a ready report.
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles, content performance, audience demographics, brand mentions and campaign results, straight from the influData database.
Creator lookups, campaigns and collections are read-only. Optional Watchlist management is enabled by separate agreement. Your private workspace data stays scoped to your organization.
Add your connector URL to Claude, ChatGPT in developer mode or another compatible MCP client. Availability depends on your AI tool and workspace settings.
Connect your account, ask a question and let the AI retrieve the relevant influData data.
Add the influData connector in Claude or ChatGPT using your own API key. The key rides in the connector URL, so there is nothing else to configure.
Ask a normal question, for example find German fitness creators over 100k followers, or summarize my running campaign. No query syntax, no filters to learn.
Claude or ChatGPT picks the matching influData tools and reads the results. Data requests count toward your API/MCP request allowance, which is separate from annual report credits.
The data comes back as an answer, a comparison table or a report you can drop straight into an email, a brief or a slide.
Each of these works in a single sentence. The AI turns it into the right influData lookups for you.
“Find German beauty creators on Instagram between 50k and 500k followers, sorted by engagement.”
“Pull the engagement stats and top brand partners for this creator.”
“Has this creator worked with our competitor in the last 12 months?”
“Search TikTok content about electric cars from the last 30 days.”
“Summarize the performance of my running campaign.”
“Compare the audience demographics of these three creators.”
Explore the available data tools by task. The AI chooses the tools it needs to answer your question.
The connector uses an organization API key. An admin can generate a key in the influData app under Settings and add it to a compatible AI client. Your AI plan and workspace settings determine which connector options are available.
https://app.infludata.com/api/mcp/YOUR_API_KEYYou control the key and the organization it can access.
Data lookups are read-only. Adding or removing Watchlist creators requires the separately agreed Watchlist integration.
Private campaigns, collections and Watchlists are scoped to your organization.
API and MCP requests share your account’s request allowance, separately from annual report credits.
Connector URLs are masked in server request logs. Keep your API key private.
The MCP Connector is included at no extra cost in Pro, All-In and Enterprise. Direct API access for your own integrations is included from All-In. Your account’s request allowance applies to API/MCP usage and is separate from annual report credits.
Claude on the web and desktop, ChatGPT in developer mode, and other compatible MCP clients. Connector availability and setup options depend on your AI plan and workspace settings.
No. Setup is pasting one URL into your AI tool. After that you just ask questions in plain language.
Creator lookups, campaign data and collections are read-only. If your agreement includes the Watchlist integration, the AI can also add or remove Watchlist creators. These actions require that integration to be enabled for your organization.
Only the data of the organization the API key belongs to. Creator and content data come from the shared influData database. Campaigns and collections are limited to your own organization.
API and MCP share a request allowance that is separate from annual report credits. Most simple lookups cost one request, an audience lookup costs 20, and content search counts each returned item. You can check your remaining allowance from inside the chat for free.
