The minimum contract term for influData subscriptions is one year (12 months). The notice period is 30 days — to cancel, contact our customer support via the in-app chat in good time before the term renews.
- After cancellation, your access stays active until the end of the current term; the subscription then ends and does not renew automatically.
- Trial subscriptions need no cancellation: they expire automatically at the end of the trial period and no charges are made.
- If you change your mind after cancelling, you can resume the subscription before the term ends — a payment method is required and is charged immediately upon reactivation.
