All results refer to the selected date range (default: last 14 days; presets from the last 7 days up to the last year, plus a custom from/to selection). The summary cards — total posts, reach, likes, comments, unique creators — always compare against the immediately preceding period of the same length and show the change in percent; the timeline charts are smoothed with a 7-day rolling average. Below the cards you find four tabs:
- Top posts — the 12 matching pieces with the highest reach
- Content stream — the matching pieces (up to 120), sortable by upload date, reach, likes or comments
- Creators performance — up to 500 creators with aggregated posts, reach, interactions, engagement rate and performance. Actual views only sums formats with real view counts (reels, videos, shorts) — for posts and stories the reach is an estimate (Est. total reach)
- Audience Overview — aggregated audience demographics (countries, cities, languages, age, gender, audience type) of the top creators, weighted by reach; available for Instagram only and only for creators with an existing audience report
The sentiment card shows the average comment positivity (0–100) with its distribution (negative < 35, neutral 35–65, positive ≥ 65) plus the controversy rate, each also as a trend over time. It only covers content pieces for which comment sentiment data exists — the card shows this coverage explicitly. The metrics table breaks engagement and EMV down per platform and format: the engagement rate is (likes + comments + shares + saves) ÷ reach, and the EMV is the midpoint of the estimated value range per piece. Co-hashtags/co-mentions, tracker performance and peak posting times complete the picture. Via Export you can download the current view as a PDF report, as an Excel file (Creators + Content sheets) or as CSV (creators or content, up to 10,000 rows) — always with the currently active filters and date range applied.
