What does posts per week mean on TikTok?

Posts per week normalizes a creator's publishing cadence: how many videos per week the account uploads on average.

A consistent cadence signals an actively maintained account; accounts that post irregularly often show more volatile plays per post.

How to read the value: as a rule of thumb, influData recommends roughly 1 to 10 videos per week, depending on the type of content. Posting less often can point to inactivity or little focus on the channel. Posting much more often can be perceived as spam by followers and dilutes the impact of each individual video, which is a disadvantage for campaigns. The score tooltip in the app shows this guidance next to the creator's actual value.
