Templates are reusable emails with a name, subject, and body that you manage in the outreach area. They support placeholders that are personalized per recipient — for example {{first_name}}, {{username}}, or {{display_name}}, plus your own custom-field values from collections. With a default fallback like {{first_name|there}} the mail still reads naturally when a value is missing. Templates can carry attachments and an auto-translate option.
Templates can also store background knowledge (facts and open questions about the collaboration) that influData's AI uses to draft replies; AI-drafted emails can be held back for your approval before sending.
Conversations group all emails with a creator into one thread — outreach mails you sent and their replies included. You can reply or reply-all directly in influData, organize threads with labels, star them, mark them as read/unread, or move them (e.g. to trash), so the entire creator communication stays in one place.
