With outreach mailing you contact creators directly from influData — individually or as a bulk send to a whole shortlist. You find it in the Mailing / Outreach section of the app.
- Start a new outreach: Select recipients from one or more collections (or individual creators), choose an email template, and check the per-recipient preview — you can fix email addresses or names inline before anything goes out.
- Only valid recipients: Creators without a stored public email address are excluded automatically, and you can optionally skip everyone who already has a conversation with you, so nobody gets mailed twice.
- Sending: Mails are sent from your verified sender address — either via the influData platform domain (recipients see your name as sender) or, with domain authentication set up, directly from your own domain with full branding.
Your package includes a monthly quota of outbound emails; the current usage is shown in the outreach area. Replies land in the Conversations inbox, and delivery/engagement events are tracked there as well.
