What is the Deal Card and how do I use it?

The Deal Card is the workspace for everything your team knows and does about a creator: collection and campaign assignments, custom fields, notes, files and the activity history. You open it with the Deal Card button in the action bar of a creator's profile page. Small badges on the button show at a glance how many collections the creator is in, how many custom fields are filled and how many comments exist. You can also open the Deal Card from search results, collection tables, pipeline cards and email conversations in Outreach.

The Deal Card opens as a side panel next to the profile, so you can keep reading the analytics while you work. It contains:

  • Collections and campaigns: see which collections and campaigns the creator belongs to, add the creator to more of them, or remove the creator from a collection. When you open the Deal Card from within a campaign, you can also add the creator as onboarding or activate tracking directly.
  • Pinned fields and notes: a notes field and the custom fields you have pinned to the overview, so the most important information (status, budget, responsible team member) is visible without scrolling. Pin a field via the three-dot menu in the Fields tab.
  • Activity: a timeline of comments, uploaded files and field changes, showing who did what and when. Add a comment or note, attach a file such as a briefing or contract (images, PDF, Word and Excel files up to 10 MB) and pin important comments to the top.
  • Fields: all custom fields of your organization with their values for this creator, including file uploads. You can create and reorder fields here as well.

Everything you enter is shared with your team, and the custom field values also appear as columns in your collections. Custom fields are part of specific packages, so the Fields tab may be empty in some accounts (see the entry on custom fields in collections). For creators in a collection that was shared with you read-only, the Deal Card can be viewed but not edited.
