With influData, you have multiple options for sharing influencer data, including profiles, content, KPIs, and even entire influencer lists.
To share an influencer profile, you can export the entire profile (or selected parts of it), including brand value analysis, KPIs, and all relevant insights, as a PDF. This creates a clear summary of the profile that you can share via email or directly with your team.
Here’s how: Click on the influencer’s profile you want to share. You’ll find the option “Export as PDF,” which includes key details like follower numbers, engagement rates, and the brand value section. If you only want to share certain parts, you can select those beforehand.
In addition to entire profiles, you can also share individual sponsored content pieces from influencers. This is especially useful if you want to highlight specific content published as part of a campaign.
Here’s how: You’ll find an overview of all sponsored content in the Content section of Campaign Management or in the Brand Value section within the influencer’s profile. Select the desired content piece and click on “Share/Export Content.”
With influData, you can also export the Lookalike lists you’ve created to identify profiles similar to certain brands or other influencers that might be relevant to your campaign. You can export this list as a PDF by clicking on the download icon on the far right.
InfluData also provides useful export functions for brands, allowing you to share the performance of your brand and influencer collaborations.

Additionally, you can directly export branded content for a brand (Posts, Stories, Reels, Tiktoks or YouTube videos). This is particularly useful for showcasing campaign reach and success.

The other way to share campaign data is through a live link. The advantage here is that the link always reflects the latest data, including any updates or new content added to the campaign, without the need for a new export.
Here’s how: In the campaign overview, click the share icon, then select “Share Dashboard View via Link.” You can then copy and share the link, giving the recipient direct access to live campaign data.
Besides entire campaigns, you can also export and share individual content pieces from a campaign, such as specific posts, stories, or reels.
Here’s how: In the campaign overview under “Latest Published Content & Reach” or Content Overview, select the content piece you want and click the download button to share it as a separate file.
